It comes from years working inside liquidation—helping develop box programs, processing inventory at scale, and understanding what actually makes a box work.
Before that, it started on the other side—as a reseller.
Buying inventory. Testing products. Trying to find quality at a margin that actually made sense.
That perspective still drives everything we do.
