No two boxes are exactly the same. We build each box for overall variety and value, but the exact mix will vary based on current inventory.

What is the difference between Her, His, and Kids boxes?
Each box leans into a different type of mix. Her Box focuses on lifestyle, beauty-adjacent, apparel, accessory, home, and giftable finds. His Box leans into useful, wearable, everyday, and giftable finds. Kids Box is designed for fun, gifting, family moments, party prizes, and kid-friendly discovery.
Is the Family Drop Bundle one box or multiple boxes?
The Family Drop Bundle includes the Her, His, and Kids surprise boxes together as one larger discovery experience. Depending on fulfillment needs, bundles may ship together or separately.

Core Mix Duo gives you two Core Mix boxes in one order, creating a larger unboxing experience with more variety and more chances to discover something useful or unexpected.
What is the Discovery Duo?
Discovery Duo combines a Core Mix Box with a Wearables Box, giving you a broader mix of general finds plus apparel and accessory-focused items.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We currently offer free shipping on orders to the Continental U.S.
How long does it take to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days. Once your order ships, tracking information is sent by email.
Can multiple boxes ship separately?
Yes. Orders with multiple boxes or bundles may ship together or separately depending on weight, location, packaging, and fulfillment efficiency.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Availability may vary by location. If checkout allows your address, shipping options and any available rates will appear during checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?
If you need help, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order is being processed or has shipped, changes may not be possible.

Because each box is packed as a surprise assortment, all sales are final unless there is a fulfillment issue or a problem covered by store policy. If your box arrived damaged, missing items, or has a genuine fulfillment concern, contact us with your order number and we will review it directly.
What if I do not like every item?
That can happen with any surprise box — and it is part of the discovery experience. Our goal is overall variety, value, and a mix that includes useful and unexpected finds. Even if one or two items are not your style, most customers find real value across the full contents. If you have a genuine fulfillment concern, reach out and we will review your order fairly.
Are items always brand new?
