1. NATURE OF PRODUCTS

QuickBoxz products are mystery boxes built from liquidation inventory, including overstock, shelf pulls, returns, and mixed goods.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Each box contains a random assortment of items
  • Contents will vary from box to box
  • We do not guarantee specific items, brands, or categories

Images, videos, or examples shown are for illustration purposes only and do not represent exact contents.

2. PRODUCT CONDITION

Items included in QuickBoxz may:

  • Be new, overstock, display units, shelf pulls, or high-end tested returns
  • Have damaged packaging
  • Be missing tags, manuals, or accessories
  • Show minor imperfections

You acknowledge that this is standard for liquidation inventory and accept these conditions at purchase.

3. ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the nature of mystery boxes:

  • All sales are final
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges based on:
    • Item preference
    • Brand expectations
    • Perceived value
    • Resale outcomes

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

4. VALUE & RESALE DISCLAIMER

We aim to provide strong overall value through discounted retail liquidation inventory.

However:

  • We do not guarantee retail value
  • We do not guarantee resale value or profit
  • Individual item values may vary significantly

Your purchase is based on the experience and potential of the mix, not guaranteed outcomes.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days
  • Once shipped, tracking information will be provided
  • Delivery times vary based on carrier and location

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Include:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the package and contents
    • Description of the issue

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. PAYMENTS & CHARGEBACKS

By completing your purchase, you agree:

  • All payments are final
  • You will contact us first to resolve any issues
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may be considered a violation of these terms

We reserve the right to dispute and pursue any fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.

8. USE OF CONTENT & BRAND

  • You may share your unboxing experience online
  • We encourage tagging #QuickBoxz

However:

  • You may not misrepresent our products or brand
  • You may not use our brand in misleading or deceptive ways

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

QuickBoxz is not liable for:

  • Individual item condition variations
  • Perceived value differences
  • Resale outcomes or business losses

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

10. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order
  • Limit quantities
  • Deny service at our discretion

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NC.

Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts within NC.

12. AGREEMENT

By purchasing from QuickBoxz, you acknowledge that you:

  • Understand the mystery nature of the product
  • Accept the condition of liquidation goods
  • Agree to all terms outlined above
