Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days
  • Once shipped, tracking information will be provided via email
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier

Please note that delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.


Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier:

  • The shipment is considered in transit
  • Delivery timelines are determined by the carrier
  • We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues after shipment

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you received the wrong items:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Include:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the package and contents
    • A brief description of the issue

We will review all claims on a case-by-case basis.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of mystery boxes:

  • All sales are final
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges based on:
    • Item preference
    • Brand expectations
    • Perceived value
    • Resale outcomes
