Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier:
- The shipment is considered in transit
- Delivery timelines are determined by the carrier
- We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues after shipment
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you believe you received the wrong items:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
- Include:

- Photos of the package and contents
- A brief description of the issue
We will review all claims on a case-by-case basis.

- We do not accept returns or exchanges based on:
